Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Place

To secure your place on the retreat, a non-refundable booking deposit of £150 is required.
The remaining balance may be paid either:
● In full
● Or through a 3-instalment payment plan
A separate £30 refundable security deposit will be collected before the retreat. This will be
returned within 7 days of the retreat ending, provided no damage has occurred to the property,
furnishings, amenities, or retreat equipment.

Instalment Payments

Guests choosing the instalment option agree to make all scheduled payments by the agreed
due dates.
Failure to make payments by the agreed dates may result in the cancellation of the booking and
forfeiture of payments already made.
If you experience unexpected financial difficulties, please contact us as early as possible and we
will do our best to support you.

Cancellation by Guest

As spaces are extremely limited and each booking reserves accommodation, catering,
materials, and retreat resources, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 90 days before the retreat
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable booking deposit will be refunded.
Between 60 and 90 days before the retreat
50% of payments made beyond the booking deposit will be refunded.
Less than 60 days before the retreat

No refunds will be issued.

Transferring Your Place

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant, subject
to organiser approval.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Retreat Cancellation by Organisers

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, all payments made by
participants will be refunded in full.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for travel costs or other expenses booked
independently by guests.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected illness,
emergencies, travel disruption, or other circumstances that may prevent attendance.

Property & Amenities

Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, furnishings, hot tub, sauna, and all retreat
facilities with care and respect.
Any significant damage caused through negligence may result in the retention of part or all of
the £30 security deposit and, where necessary, additional costs may be recovered.
